We shape our building; thereafter they shape us

Winston Churchill

Construction industry represents the identity, art, and creativity of a country. After the 2000s, which was known as a time of massive building construction, Iran gained valuable experience in this field. As a result, the construction-related industries have greatly expanded over the past 20 years. AKT Holding has not limited itself to domestic products and is expanding its construction equipment business regionally and globally. This group is supported by its business partners in the Emirates, Europe, and Eurasia, and is ready to supply and export any products and parts related to the construction industry to any part of the world.
Tar Layer
With the advent of damp-proof membranes and the advantages of this type of insulation compared to traditional methods, nowadays most buildings have insulation in the foundation, walls, and roof done with tar layer. Tar layer is a coating of bitumen and synthetic fibers that is attached with heat to the roof, preventing the penetration of water and humidity to the underlying environment. Tar layer is classified according to the constituent materials or substrates and coatings used in it. This group is able to supply all kinds of this product to its customers according to their needs.
UPVC Profiles
UPVC material is one of the least expensive and most durable building materials used in the manufacture of doors and windows. Its main characteristics include beauty, strength, water resistance, fire resistance, and recyclability. This holding is able to provide different kinds of UPVC profiles.
Wire and Cable
The wire and cable industry serves as an energy transport artery in countries, and holds a special position in the field of industry and economy. It is also one of the most important building equipment that requires high quality and longevity.
AKT Holding cooperates with the largest wire and cable manufacturers and is able to supply high-quality products such as high voltage power cables, aluminum overhead conductors with steel core (ACSR), high capacity conductors (TACSR), and various types of construction wire and cable in different grades.
Glass Wool
Glass wool is one of the oldest and most popular types of insulation materials. The standard thickness of its fibers is between 3.2 and 6.4 microns. The maximum heat tolerance of glass wool is 550°C. The raw materials used to make glass wool insulation include silica, sodium carbonate, dolomite, feldspar, borax, limestone, barium carbonate, and sodium sulfate.
The cement industry, as one of the basic industries, plays a crucial role in the development of the economic infrastructure in any country. In recent years, Iran has become the fourth-largest producer of cement in the world, with 72 cement factories and the ability to produce and export 27 types of cement according to national and international standards. Iran is the first producer and exporter of cement in the Middle East.
Cement is a combination of calcium oxide (lime) with other oxides such as aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, iron oxide, magnesium oxide, and alkaline oxides. When mixed with water and exposed to air and water, it becomes progressively harder and more resistant. Due to its multiple uses in different fields, various types of cement are available, such as Portland cement, Masonry Cement, Pozzolanic Cement, White and Colored Cement, and Oil Wells Cement.
With 20 years of experience in cement exports, AKT Holding can now provide three types of cement: Type 5 cement, anti-sulfate cement, and oil well (Type J) cement in 50-pound PP bags, jumbo bags, sling bags, and bulk packaging.
